Who Is TDB Builders?
TDB Builders was formed in 2003 by Bill Jeans, Doug Jeans, and Tony Vannelli, who each owned their own construction companies, previously. They combined to form a company that expanded their services and broadened their scope of work. Together, they have over 25 years of experience.
Since 2003, TDB Builders has been providing full service in general contracting, construction management, and design / build projects in Minnesota and its surrounding communities. Our company headquarters is based in Forest Lake, Minnesota.
TDB Builders' staff possesses the professional experience necessary to manage general contracting, design / build projects, project management, field supervision, estimating, and administration of services rendered.
TDB Builders' experience includes: professional buildings, gas stations / convenience stores, restaurants, banks, industrial buildings, tenant improvements, single-family residential and town home developments.
TDB Builders recently became part of the Green Building team through the USGB Council.
TDB Builders is committed to providing the best quality in our construction projects. Originally, our principals started as carpenters in the field. From there we proceeded through many different facets of the industry, and we have taken this experience and knowledge with us to our new projects. Because of our years of experience in the field, TDB Builders has the ability to engineer the project during both the pre-construction phase and the actual construction phase. This dedication to cost-saving ideas has been enjoyed by our clients since our inception.
